Returns, Exchanges 

1. General Policy

At Sapnaa Sikander, we take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and quality in every piece.

1.1. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.

1.2. “Normal circumstances” refer to situations where:

• The product is delivered as described
• There are no defects or damages
• The item meets our quality standards

In such cases, all purchases are considered final.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1. Ready-to-Ship Products
We offer a 3-day exchange window from the date of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• With all tags and packaging intact

2.2. Made-to-Order / Pre-Booked Items
Exchanges are only applicable in case of manufacturing defects or quality issues.

2.3. Packaging Requirement
Products must include:

• Brand tag
• Price tag
• Original packaging

Missing items may result in rejection of the exchange request.

2.4. Non-Eligible Items

• Made-to-order products
• Customized items
• Sale/discounted items (unless defective)

2.5. How to Initiate an Exchange

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery
• Share order details and reason
• For defects, include clear images/videos

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

3.1. We follow strict quality control processes; however, in rare cases of defects:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

3.3. Required Information

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photo/video proof

3.4. Return Process

• Once approved, ship the product to our return address
• Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer

3.5. Resolution
After inspection, we may offer:

• Replacement
• Store credit
• Refund (only in exceptional cases)

3.6. Final Decision
All resolutions are subject to internal quality verification.
The brand reserves the right to make the final decision.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Cancellation Window

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement

4.2. Non-Cancellable Orders

• Orders already processed or shipped
• Made-to-order or customized items
• International orders (once confirmed)

4.3. Exceptions
Cancellation is not applicable for:

• Final sale items
• Customized or personalized products (once production begins)

4.4. How to Request Cancellation

• Reason for cancellation

4.5. Communication
You will receive confirmation via email or SMS regarding:

• Cancellation request
• Approval status

5. Additional Notes

• Delays from designers or production partners may occur; such delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund
• International returns/exchanges must be shipped by the customer at their own expense
• Policies are subject to updates without prior notice
